Been very busy with school and working in the library, which I enjoy very much until I walk out of stacks with my nose ready to explode from all the dust from shifting books.

Anywho. Been looking into getting Windows 7 for Steve the laptop. I took some looking into and it does seem to be easier to use and a lot better than Vista, which is on Steve. My sister was able to find a discount on Win 7 in which you enter a valid school .edu email address and if you're elgiable (which I was)... I can get Win 7 for only $30.

By the looks of it. It seems fun adn easy to use. I can tell that if Mom and Dad (Especially DAD) that they would have a blast.

So. That's me so far in case you're wondering where I have been.

Indeed so. Thanks to Work Study, I was able to aquire a job I've always wanted to give a try. The library.

I work the mornings cause everyone else decided to take the afternoons. Which is no problem for me at all since I'm use to waking up early anyway. I work 10 hours a week. Making $7.25 an hour. Thats 2 hours a day in the mornings.

So yes, I am very happy to finally be making money! And I start tomorrow! Hee hee~

Nothing much going on here other then cleaning the room up and homework to do. I'm just waiting on teh washing machine to finish washing the bathroom rug for me to toss in the dryer.

So everything is working out perfectly. I am designing a mask for a masked ball I am hoping to attend and reading for homework. I apparently have a booked evening. Lol.

Back to drawing as a hobby when I have free time from homework. Right now I'm away from Harley (the printer/scanner/copier. Best $30 ever and it's an HP) so I'm taking a break for a moment to do some homework and have a weekend to myself. Plan to stop over in Potsdam and visit my sister and my best buddy for a bit and be home for dinner with Grandma. ^^

I'm back on the Academic Floor and enjoying the quietness there. I enjoy working on homework in the lounge which is made for studying and whatnot.

In other news. Classes are pretty much awesome. :)

On other other news... I am learning guitar on my free time by Nate and goodness I can't think of anything else to say! D:

Well. I'm going to take a shower, start some laundry and crack down on some reading for school while I'm home!

Ok. Gaia Online asked Gaians to submit questions to Nobou Uematsu and Arnie Roth. Both are composers who worked on Final Fantasy music. Uematsu is the main mastermind, Roth is the main composer who plays the works in the "Distant World" concerts here in North America.

Well, I threw my best questions out to both of them.

Out of an estimated 4,000 questions... 14 per compser were asked.

One of my questions was asked and answered to Arnie Roth.

Here's the link to the interview post. I am "Laili", just like in my username (without the "theTurk" on it)

I is very happy. :D

In other news, school is starting back up, I'm still stuck at CCC (not for long!) and I'm tempted to try out a new art form. =)
